1. The master clock and slave clocks adopt a master-slave distributed control structure with an integrated mechanical and electrical design:
The entire system employs a closed-loop control.GPS/BeiDou dual-mode automatic time synchronization system→Microcomputer Monitoring System←→Master Clock Control System←→Core Drive Management System←→Subclock Real-time Feedback System←→Remote mobile operating systems and related components.
Highly integrated system integration, with a control mainboard usingSurface Mount Technology, offering enhanced electromagnetic compatibility and stronger stability, is currently the domestic tower clock control system in use.
2. Smart Timekeeping Control SystemMicrocomputer controlled, fully automatic operationThe master-slave clock system employs a closed-loop control to maintain synchronization with Beijing Time. It achieves this through the coordinated operation of the master clock and an intelligent movement controller: the controller automatically scans the pointer position, tracks the master clock's operation, sends timing signals to the corresponding stepper motor, and receives real-time feedback signals to promptly correct any timing deviations caused by external factors, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the movement's operation.
3. GPS/Beidou Satellite Automatic Calibration SystemConnected to a system control center and satellite receiving signal equipment, it receives satellite standard time signals around the clock and in real-time, compares and aligns standard and master clock times, outputs full-time standard synchronization time codes, and automatically synchronizes the master and slave clocks. It calibrates once per second to eliminate cumulative errors, ensuring precise timing.
