Security Personnel Quality

1. Ages 20-48

2. Height of 1.70 meters or above

3. Handsome appearance, good health, and certified to work.

4. High school education or above, with at least 1/3 having a college degree.

5. Graduated from a relevant management institution.

6. Over six months of relevant work experience.

Section II: Apparel and Equipment

3. Equipped with new-style flash bang-proof batons.

III. Duty Standing

1. Gate posts are staffed with two or more personnel, providing on-duty services during regular working hours. This helps establish a positive image for the company and offers security checks for personnel, vehicles, and goods entering and exiting the gate.
