Section 1: Security Personnel Quality

Ages 20-48

2. Height above 1.70 meters.

3. Well-groomed, healthy, and certified to work.

4. High school education or above, with at least 1/3 of the population holding such qualifications.

5. Hold a degree from a related management school.

6. Over six months of relevant work experience.

Section II: Apparel and Equipment

1. Uniform distribution of black tactical uniforms.

2. Equipped with uniform bedding and patrol rubber batons.

3. Equipped with new-style flash-bang riot batons.

III. Duty Stationing

1. Gates are staffed with two or more personnel during regular working hours, providing stationed duty services to establish a positive image for the company and offer security checks for personnel, vehicles, and goods entering and exiting the gates.

Four, suitable for

Large and medium-sized enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, publicly-listed companies, large department stores, and large and medium-sized residential complexes.
