The hull is composed of two floats, fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and is ready for operation. Standard design, timely delivery, and designed according to coastal water standards.
A cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in beach reclamation and sand mining projects. It employs a rotating cutter head at the front of the suction tube to cut and stir riverbed sediment, then uses strong pump power to transport the dredged material through pipelines to a sediment stockpile. Its processes of dredging, transporting, and unloading sediment can be completed in a single continuous operation. The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide electrical power for lighting and emergency use on board during downtime.
The auger is driven by a hydraulic motor, equipped with a lubrication and sealing device in the auger bearing.
The ship is equipped with a hydraulic motor-driven winch and a lifting winch on the绞刀架 for transverse movement.
Positioning piles and trolleys are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchor and capstan are driven by hydraulic motors.
The hydraulic pump is driven by an auxiliary machine.
