1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two buoyant bodies, fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and operates according to standard design. Delivery is timely and adheres to coastal water standards.
The cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in beach reclamation and sand mining projects. It employs a rotating cutter head at the front of the suction pipe to cut and stir riverbed sediment, then uses powerful pump force to transport the dredged material through a pipeline to the sediment storage area. Its dredging, transporting, and unloading processes can be completed continuously in one go. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment dredging device, making it an excellent underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide lighting and emergency power for the ship during shutdowns.
The auger is driven by a hydraulic motor, equipped with a lubrication seal for the auger bearing.
The ship is equipped with a hydraulic motor-driven winch and a lifting winch for the winch frame, both designed for lateral movement.
Piling guides and trolleys are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchor and mooring winches are powered by hydraulic motors.
The hydraulic pump is driven by an auxiliary machine.
