1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two buoyant bodies, fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and is ready for operation. It features a standard design and is delivered on time, adhering to coastal water standards.
The cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in beach reclamation and sand mining projects. It employs a rotating cutter head mounted at the front of the suction tube to cut and stir riverbed sediment, then uses powerful pump force to transport the dredged material through conveyance pipelines to the sediment storage area. Its dredging, transporting, and unloading processes can be completed continuously in one operation. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment dredging device, making it an excellent underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide lighting and emergency power for the vessel during shutdowns.
The auger is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the auger bearing is equipped with a lubrication and sealing device.
The ship is equipped with a hydraulic motor-driven winch and a lifting winch for the capstan.
The pile driver and trolley are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchor and capstan are driven by hydraulic motors.
The hydraulic pump is driven by an auxiliary machine.
