1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two floats, fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and operates under standard design. Delivery is timely, in accordance with coastal water standards.
A cutter-suction dredger is a widely-used equipment in beach reclamation and sand mining projects. It employs a rotating cutterhead at the front of the suction tube to cut and stir riverbed sediments, and then, with the powerful pump force, transfers the dredged sand and mud materials through conveying pipelines to a stockpile area. Its processes of dredging, transporting, and unloading sand and mud can be completed continuously in one go. It is an efficient and cost-effective sand and mud excavation device, making it an excellent underwater mining machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide electrical power for ship lighting and emergency use during shutdowns.
The auger is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the auger bearings are equipped with lubrication and sealing devices.
The ship is equipped with a hydraulic motor-driven winch and a lifting winch on the绞刀架 for transverse movement.
Locating piles and trolleys are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchor and capstan driven by hydraulic motors.
The hydraulic pump is driven by the auxiliary machine.
