1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two buoyant bodies, fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and is ready for operation. Standard design is applied, with timely delivery and adherence to coastal water standards.
The cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in reclamation and sediment removal projects, as well as sand mining operations. It employs a rotating cutter head at the front of the suction tube to cut and stir riverbed sediment, then uses powerful pump force to transport the dredged material through conveyance pipelines to the sediment stockpile. Its processes of dredging, transporting, and unloading sediment can be completed continuously in one go. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment挖掘 equipment, making it an excellent underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide lighting and emergency power on board during shutdowns.
The cutter is driven by a hydraulic motor, equipped with a lubrication seal for the cutter bearing.
The cross-lay winch and the capstan winch on this vessel are both driven by hydraulic motors.
Piling locators and trolleys are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchor and capstan driven by hydraulic motors.
The hydraulic pump is driven by the auxiliary machine.
