1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two floats, fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and operates with a standard design. Delivery is timely, adhering to coastal water standards.
A cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in reclamation projects and sand mining. It employs a rotating cutter head at the front of the suction pipe to cut and stir riverbed sediments, then uses strong pump power to transport the dredged materials through conveyance pipes to a sediment accumulation site. The process of dredging, transporting, and unloading the sediments can be completed continuously in one go. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment mining device, making it a great underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide electrical power for ship lighting and emergency use during shutdowns.
The auger is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the auger bearing is equipped with a lubrication and sealing device.
The ship is equipped with a hydraulic motor-driven traverse winch and a lifting winch for the winch frame.
Piling and trolley are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchoring and unanchoring winches are driven by hydraulic motors.
The hydraulic pump is driven by the auxiliary machine.
