1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two buoyant bodies, fully assembled and tested prior to delivery, allowing for easy and quick installation on-site and operation. Standard designs are implemented, delivery is timely, and adheres to coastal water standards.
The cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in beach reclamation and sand mining projects. It employs a rotating cutterhead at the front of the suction pipe to cut and stir riverbed sediment, then uses powerful pump power to transport the dredged material through conveyance pipelines to the sediment storage area. Its dredging, transporting, and unloading processes can be completed continuously in one go. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment dredging device, making it an excellent underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide electrical power for lighting and emergency uses during downtime on board the vessel.
The auger is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the auger bearing is equipped with a lubrication seal.
The ship is equipped with hydraulic motor-driven winches for both the traverse winch and the drum hoist.
Piling pins and trolleys are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchor and windlass winches are driven by hydraulic motors.
Hydraulic pumps are driven by auxiliary machinery.
