1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two floats, fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and operates with a standard design. Delivery is timely, adhering to coastal water standards.
The cutter-suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in reclamation and sediment removal projects, as well as sand mining operations. It employs a rotating cutter head at the front of the suction pipe to cut and agitate riverbed sediment, and then relies on powerful pump force to transport the extracted sediment material through a pipeline to a sediment stockpile. Its processes of dredging, transporting, and unloading sediment can be completed continuously in one go. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment excavation device, making it an excellent underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide lighting and emergency electrical power for the ship during shutdowns.
The auger is driven by a hydraulic motor, equipped with a lubrication and sealing device in the auger bearing.
The ship is equipped with a hydraulic motor-driven side-shifting winch and a capstan winch.
Locating piles and trolleys are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchor and chain winches are driven by hydraulic motors.
The hydraulic pump is driven by the auxiliary machine.
