1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two floats and is fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and is ready for operation. It features a standard design and is delivered on time, adhering to coastal water standards.
The cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in beach reclamation and sand mining projects. It employs a rotating cutter head at the front of the suction tube to cut and stir riverbed sediments, then utilizes powerful pump force to transport the dredged material through conveyance pipelines to the sediment pile area. Its dredging, transporting, and unloading processes can be completed continuously in one operation. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment dredging device, making it an excellent underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide electrical power for lighting and emergency use on board during shutdowns.
The auger is driven by a hydraulic motor, equipped with a lubrication and sealing device in the auger bearing.
The ship is equipped with a hydraulic motor-driven winch for lateral movement and a lifting winch for the绞刀架.
Piling pins and trolleys are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchor and windlass winches are driven by hydraulic motors.
The hydraulic pump is driven by a auxiliary machine.
