1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two floats, fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and operates according to standard design. Delivery is timely, adhering to coastal water standards.
A cutter suction dredger is a widely-used piece of equipment for beach reclamation and sand mining projects. It utilizes a rotating cutterhead at the front of the suction pipe to cut and stir riverbed sediment, then relies on powerful pump power to transport the dredged sand and mud through pipelines to the sediment storage area. Its dredging, transporting, and unloading processes can be completed continuously in one go, making it an efficient and cost-effective sediment dredging device, as well as a good underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide lighting and emergency power for the vessel during shutdown.
The cutter is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the cutter bearing is equipped with a lubrication and sealing device.
The ship is equipped with a hydraulic motor-driven winch for lateral movement and a lifting winch for the绞刀架.
Locating piles and trolleys are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchor and chain winders driven by hydraulic motors.
The hydraulic pump is driven by the auxiliary machine.
