1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two floats and is fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and is ready for operation with standard design. Delivery is timely and in accordance with coastal water standards.
The cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in beach reclamation and sand mining projects. It employs a rotating cutter head at the front of the suction pipe to cut and stir riverbed sediment. With its powerful pump, it transports the dredged material through conveyance pipelines to the sediment pile-up site. Its dredging, transporting, and unloading processes can be completed continuously in one go. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment挖掘 equipment, making it an excellent underwater mining machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide lighting and emergency power for the vessel during shutdowns.
The auger is driven by a hydraulic motor, equipped with a lubrication and sealing device in the auger bearing.
The transverse winch and the lifting winch of the winch frame on this vessel are both powered by hydraulic motors.
Locating piles and trolleys are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchoring and unberthing winches are powered by hydraulic motors.
The hydraulic pump is driven by the auxiliary machine.
