1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two buoyant bodies, fully assembled and tested before delivery, allowing for quick and easy installation on-site and can be operational with a standard design. Delivery is timely and in compliance with coastal water standards.
The cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in beach reclamation and sand mining projects. It employs a rotating cutter head at the front of the suction tube to cut and stir riverbed sediment, and then uses powerful pump force to transport the excavated sediment material through conveyance pipelines to a sediment pile-up site. Its dredging, transporting, and unloading processes can be completed continuously in one go. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment excavation device, making it an excellent underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide lighting and emergency power for the vessel during shutdowns.
The auger is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the auger bearing is equipped with a lubrication and sealing device.
The ship is equipped with a hydraulic motor-driven winch for transverse movement and a hoisting winch for the winch frame.
Piling guides and trolleys are powered by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchoring and unmooring winches are driven by hydraulic motors.
The hydraulic pump is driven by an auxiliary unit.
