Our electric explosion-proof ball valves consist of an angular position explosion-proof electric actuator and a ball valve body, which are composed of an electronic angular position electric actuator 3610R or HQ series and a ball valve regulating mechanism. These electric explosion-proof ball valves feature a simple structure, rapid switching, high flow capacity, zero leakage, and are suitable for high-viscosity, fibrous, and solid particle fluid applications. They are widely used in the cutting or flow control of media in gas and liquid transmission pipelines in industrial self-control fields such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, and light industry. The actuators are designed integrally, allowing direct on/off switching with a 220V power input. They can also be equipped with a built-in servo module, controlled by input control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and single-phase power. The explosion-proof level of the electric explosion-proof ball valve is ExdⅡBT4, the protection level is IP67, and it can be equipped with a field control device. The main features of the explosion-proof electric ball valve include: manual operation by turning the clutch handle when not powered, automatic clutch reset when powered, arbitrary flow direction, wide adjustable range, suitability for high-pressure and large-diameter applications, and control of high-viscosity media containing fibers and fine particles.
