Our pneumatic high-pressure regulating ball valves are powered by compressed air, with the valve stem driving the valve core to rotate 90° within the valve body, enabling full open to full close operation. They can be controlled and positioned intelligently, compatible with electrical valve positioners, and can be controlled by inputting a 4-20mADC signal and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source. This allows for the adjustment of parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level. Pneumatic high-pressure regulating ball valves are categorized into metal-sealed and soft-sealed based on their sealing performance. They feature a compact structure, small size, reliable operation, good sealing, easy maintenance, convenient installation, and strong adaptability. Particularly suitable for mediums that are thick, contain particles, or are fibrous in nature. These valves are widely used in automatic control systems in industries such as oil, chemicals, educational equipment, light industry, high-pressure equipment, and papermaking, for both remote centralized control and on-site control.
