Our Q661N pneumatic high-pressure welding ball valves, made of stainless steel, are powered by compressed air. The valve stem drives the valve core to rotate 90° within the valve body, enabling full open to full close operation. They can be controlled and positioned intelligently, compatible with electrical valve positioners. By inputting a 4-20mADC signal and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source, they can control operation and adjust parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level. The Q641N pneumatic high-pressure flanged ball valve is divided into metal sealed and soft sealed types based on its sealing performance. The Q661N pneumatic high-pressure welding ball valve boasts compact structure, small size, reliable operation, good sealing, easy maintenance, convenient installation, and strong adaptability. These ball valves are particularly suitable for mediums that are thick, contain particles, or have fibrous properties. They are widely used in automatic control systems in industries such as oil, chemicals, educational equipment, light industry, high-pressure equipment, and papermaking, for either remote centralized control or on-site control.
