




1. Connect the power and capacitor wires according to the DC small vacuum pump wiring requirements.
2. Sufficient surrounding space for easy inspection, maintenance, and assembly/disassembly of the DC vacuum pump.
3. Place the DC miniature vacuum pump as close to an area with good ventilation, low dust, and low humidity as possible, where the environmental temperature is below 40℃.
4. Base is equipped with rubber shock-absorbing feet or spring shock fixation.
5. Dust-free and clean environment without any dirt or stains.
6. Liquids such as water and oil may settle on the pump.
7. Avoid direct sunlight exposure.
8. Connect the intake port with a 1/4-18 NPT fitting or other specified fittings, and install the intake filter muffler, etc., then secure the pipes; connect the exhaust port to a pipe or muffler.
9. Ensure the power supply has adequate capacity and confirm the voltage meets the product specifications.
10. After checking that all components of the DC mini vacuum pump are normal, plug the power cord into a qualified power outlet (the power outlet must have good grounding), and the machine will start operating.
