




1. Connect the power and capacitor wires according to the wiring requirements of the DC miniature vacuum pump.
2. Sufficient surrounding space for easy inspection, maintenance, and assembly/disassembly of the DC vacuum pump.
3. Position the DC mini vacuum pump as close as possible to an area with good ventilation, low dust, and low humidity, where the environmental temperature is below 40°C.
4. Base is equipped with rubber shock-absorbing feet or spring shock mounts.
5. A dust- and dirt-free cleaning facility.
6. Liquids such as water and oil will not drop onto the pump.
7. Avoid direct sunlight exposure.
8. Connect the intake port with a 1/4-18 NPT fitting or other specified fittings, and install devices such as intake filters and mufflers; connect the exhaust pipe or muffler.
9. Ensure the power supply has sufficient capacity and confirm the voltage used meets the product requirements.
10. After checking that all components of the DC miniature vacuum pump are normal, plug the power cord into a compliant power outlet (the power outlet must have good grounding), and the machine will start operating.
