GNSS Global Satellite Navigation System for R&S SMBV100A Vector Signal Generator
Whether in research and development labs or large-scale production, the GNSS solution for R&S SMBV100A sets a new standard in the satellite simulation field. The solution supports all possible scenarios, ranging from simple setups of individual, stationary satellites to flexible applications generated in real-time by up to 24 dynamic GPS (C/A and PCode), Glonass, Galileo, and Bedou satellites.
Supports GPS L1/L2 (C/A and P Code), GLONASSNASS L1/L2, Galileo E1 and BeiDou B1 signals, including mixed constellations.
Live simulation of a true constellation formed by 24 satellites (no pre-computation of waveforms required).
*Flexible scenario generation, including mobile scenarios, dynamic power control, and atmospheric modeling.
Real-world simulation, including scenarios with limited satellite visibility, multipath effects, antenna pattern characteristics, and flight attitude changes.
Static mode for basic receiver testing, with a fixed Doppler shift or zero Doppler shift in the signal.
Supports A-GNSS testing scenarios for auxiliary data generation for GPS, Glonass, Galileo, and BeiDou.
*Supports real-time generation of external import track data under controlled mode.
Supports high dynamic mode for aircraft rotation simulation and P-code signal generation required by aerospace projects.
*Supports real-time generation of external import track records in controlled mode.
Supports Ground-Based Augmentation System (GBAS) signal simulation.
One instrument supports multiple digital communication standards (GSM, WCDMA, HSPA+, LTE, WiMAX, WLAN, ...) and wireless broadcast standards (DAB, Sirius XM Satellite Radio, HD Radio™, FM stereo)..., making GNSS receiver testing easier.
Flexible scenario generation makes receiver testing simple and straightforward.
Faster testing, real-time GNSS signal generation
Supports static modes for basic receiver testing, with a fixed Doppler shift or zero Doppler shift in the signal
Unlimited simulation time, automatically switches between satellites in operation
Supports auxiliary GNSS (A-GNSS) test cases, applicable to GPS, Glonass, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS
Support for a variety of aerospace applications
Support for real-time generation of external import track records in controlled mode
R&S SMBV100A utilizes the Position Dilution of Precision (PDOP) factor to generate a hybrid GPS, Glonass,
Galileo and BeiDou constellations. All GPS scenarios currently defined for A-GPS test cases are internally implemented in the R&S SMBV100A.
