Currently, W0-0.5 to W6-12 are generally used for polishing; W15-10 to W22-36 for grinding; and W12-22 with coarser grades for fine finishing.
Product Features: Made with high-strength, high-purity diamond, regular crystal shape, concentrated particle distribution, minimal impurities, excellent thermal stability, and high wear resistance.
Suggested Uses: Suitable for manufacturing PCD, metal-bonded, electroplated abrasive, ceramic-bonded products, etc.; used in the polishing and lapping of optical glass, fine ceramics, gemstones, and for producing diamond polishing compounds and polishers; examples include polishing wire drawing dies (with special red powder), sapphire polishing, zirconium polishing, watch polishing, tungsten steel mold polishing, cold heading die polishing, hard alloy mold polishing, cutting tool sharpening, ceramic sealant polishing; also suitable for making water grinding discs, precision grinding discs; capable of producing ceramic diamond grinding wheels and resin diamond grinding wheels.
