Currently, W0-0.5 to W6-12 are typically used for polishing; W15-10 to W22-36 for grinding; and W12-22, the coarser grades, for fine polishing.
Product Features: Made with high-strength, high-purity diamond material, featuring regular crystal shapes, concentrated particle distribution, minimal impurities, excellent thermal stability, and high wear resistance.
Recommended Uses: Suitable for manufacturing PCD, metal-bonded, electroplated, ceramic-bonded products; used in the polishing and lapping of optical glass, fine ceramics, gems, and in the production of diamond polishing compounds and polishing agents; examples include polishing of wire drawing molds (with special red powder), sapphire polishing, zircon polishing, watch polishing, tungsten steel mold polishing, cold heading mold polishing, hard alloy mold polishing, tool and cutter edge polishing, ceramic seal polishing; can be used to make water grinding discs, precision grinding discs; capable of producing ceramic diamond grinding wheels, resin diamond grinding wheels.
