






Central Plains Diamond Micro Powder (Diamond Powder) Product Models: W0.25, W0.5, W1, W1.5, W2.5, W3.5, W5, W7, W10, W14, W20, W28, W40, W50, W60
Currently, W0-0.5 to W6-12 are typically used for polishing; W15-10 to W22-36 for grinding; and W12-22, the coarser grades, for fine polishing.
Product Features: Made with high-strength, high-purity diamond, featuring regular crystal shape, concentrated particle distribution, minimal impurities, good thermal stability, and high wear resistance.
Recommended Uses: Suitable for manufacturing PCD, metal-bonded, electroplated, ceramic-bonded products; used in the polishing and lapping of optical glass, fine ceramics, gems, and for producing diamond lapping compounds and polishing agents; examples include polishing of wire drawing dies (with special red powder), sapphire polishing, zircon polishing, watch polishing, tungsten steel die polishing, cold heading die polishing, hard alloy die polishing, tool and cutter polishing, ceramic seal polishing; can be used to make water grinding discs, precision grinding discs; capable of producing ceramic diamond grinding wheels, resin diamond grinding wheels.
