Currently, W0-0.5 to W6-12 are typically used for polishing; W15-10 to W22-36 for grinding; and W12-22, the coarser grades, for fine polishing.

Product Features: Made from high-intensity, high-purity diamond, with regular crystal shape, concentrated particle distribution, minimal impurities, excellent thermal stability, and high wear resistance.

Recommended Uses: Suitable for manufacturing PCD, metal-bonded, electroplated, ceramic-bonded products; used in the polishing and lapping of optical glass, fine ceramics, gems, and in the production of diamond polishing compounds and polishing agents; examples include polishing of wire drawing molds (with special red powder), sapphire polishing, zircon polishing, watch polishing, tungsten steel mold polishing, cold heading mold polishing, hard alloy mold polishing, tool and cutter polishing, ceramic seal polishing; also suitable for making water grinding discs, precision grinding discs; capable of producing ceramic diamond grinding wheels, resin diamond grinding wheels.
