The construction of stone cladding differs significantly from standard wall construction.
One, clean the wall surface and roughen it. If it's a low-absorbent smooth surface made of plastic, wood, etc., a wire mesh must be laid, and a rough base must be created. After thorough maintenance, lay the material.
Prior to attaching to the rock, ensure the rock is properly arranged and paired on a flat surface.Apply after the effects are achieved, and avoid placing rocks of similar size, shape, and color adjacent to each other.
Section 3: White cement with a strength of 425 and above, ordinary cement (ratio of cement: sand: 801 glue is 1:2:0.05), ceramic adhesive (please refer to the adhesive usage instructions), and high-performance adhesive are all suitable as adhesives.
Four, thoroughly wet the rock, and apply adhesive in the center of the bottom to form a mountain-like shape (when attaching antique tiles, a thin layer of adhesive can be applied to the bottom of the tiles). If the surface gets soiled over a large area, clean it with a brush immediately before use.
Five, first apply to the corner. Press firmly to ensure adhesive extrudes around the rock (not applicable to certain products).
Six, rock cutting may be required for adjustment as needed during construction.
Pack the paint in plastic bags to fill the gaps, pay attention to the depth; the deeper the gap, the better the three-dimensional effect of the product.
Eight, after the sealant has started to set, remove excess material with bamboo strips or similar tools. Use a damp brush to repair the surface of the gaps. If不小心the rock surface gets a small amount of sealant or adhesive, remove it with a brush after it dries. Some products do not require gaps to be left.
Nine, when rocks are used outdoors, after the tiles are laid, apply a protective agent once the product and the joint filler are completely dry (features include waterproofing, frost resistance, UV protection, and alkali resistance).
Ten: Treatment of seam allowance requirements.
