The installation of fossil stone differs significantly from that of ordinary wall construction.
One, clean the wall surface and create a rough texture. If it is a low-absorbent smooth surface like plastic or wood, wire mesh must be laid and a rough base must be formed. After thorough maintenance, proceed with the installation.
Prior to affixing to the rock, ensure the rock is properly arranged and matched on a flat surface. After effect, lay the stones in a sequential order, ensuring that rocks with similar sizes, shapes, and colors are not adjacent.
Section 3, White cement with a number above 425, regular cement (cement: sand: 801 adhesive at a ratio of 1:2:0.05), ceramic adhesive (please refer to the adhesive usage instructions), and high-performance adhesive are all suitable as adhesives.
Four, thoroughly moisten the rock, apply adhesive in the center of the rock's bottom to form a mountain-like shape (when installing antique tiles, a thin layer of adhesive can be applied to the bottom of the tiles). If the surface gets soiled over a large area, clean it with a brush immediately before use.
Five, first apply to the corner. Press thoroughly to ensure adhesive is visible squeezing out around the rock (some products do not require corners).
Six, rock cutting can be adjusted as needed for construction.
Seventh, fill gaps with paint in plastic bags, paying attention to the depth; the deeper the gap, the better the three-dimensional effect of the product.
Eight, after the joint filler has started to set, remove excess filler with bamboo strips, etc. Clean the surface of the gap with a damp brush. If不小心 some joint filler or adhesive sticks to the rock surface, remove it with a brush after it dries. Some products do not require a gap.
When used outdoors, after the rocks are laid, spray the protective agent once the product and the joint filler are completely dry for protection (features such as waterproofing, frost resistance, UV protection, and alkali resistance).
Ten: Treatment of seam allowance requirements.
