
Application and Performance
The GLL-QL Airflow Drying System is suitable for drying powdery, sheet-like, and thermosensitive materials in the starch (sugar) industry, including starch, protein powder, food, and chemical industries. This equipment is currently a highly modern drying system in China's starch industry. It achieves good economic benefits with minimal investment, low energy consumption, minimal labor, and space requirements, and does so at a rapid pace.
Key Features:
1. By utilizing the variable diameter of the pulse tube's segments, the air velocity is continuously altered, resulting in a high heat transfer coefficient and enabling the continuous drying of large quantities of material.
2. Material drying time is only about 1 second, and the temperature of the dried material does not exceed 50℃, thus ensuring fast drying and high material quality.
3. The entire unit operates under a vacuum, ensuring a clean and pollution-free working environment.
4. Lower installation capacity and steam consumption compared to other drying equipment, making it an energy-saving product.
5. Simple structure, easy to operate, small land area required, cost-effective investment.
