Basic Functions and Features

The load switch features a double-break, rotating contact structure with the following three operating states: closed, open, and grounded.

◆ Utilizes SF6 gas as arc quenching and insulation medium, the main circuit is sealed within the upper and lower shells cast from epoxy resin, ensuring electrical conductivity is unaffected by external environmental factors.

◆Excellent safety performance: In case of an arc inside, a structurally weak point in the housing will be pierced, followed by the opening of the arc discharge valve above the cabinet, directing overpressure flow outside the cabinet, ensuring the safety inspection of the switchgear.

The load switch assembly integrates the main, auxiliary, and earthing switches into one, encapsulated in an SF6-filled epoxy resin shell, with three-position interlocking for compact structure and high safety and reliability.
