The intelligent charge/discharge tester is a comprehensive product introduced to meet market demands, featuring charging, discharging, individual cell testing, online monitoring, and activation in one. It boasts high integration and more advanced functions. Capacity testing of the batteries can identify underperforming cells and provide the remaining capacity of each individual cell. Activation also ensures that each battery in the battery bank can quickly and fully increase its capacity, reduce internal resistance, and effectively address the issue of unbalanced cell voltages.
I. Key Features and Functions
Display Method: Large LCD screen display, with Chinese menu prompts, showing all test data in real time: battery group voltage, single battery voltage, current, capacity, duration, and internal temperature, etc.
2. Control Method: Microcontroller-based control, set parameters such as equalizing voltage, floating voltage, charge/discharge current, individual cell protection voltage, whole set protection voltage, duration, and capacity via the keyboard.
3. Real-time Monitoring Function: Continuously online巡回inspect the parameters of each single battery, automatically completes various tests and monitoring for battery banks.
4. Quickly and accurately identifies faulty and underperforming batteries within a battery bank through rapid discharging, estimates remaining battery capacity, and evaluates battery quality.
5.Operating Modes: (1) Constant Current Discharge Mode automatically completes the capacity test or load capacity test of the battery, allowing for a quick discharge estimation of the remaining battery capacity within five minutes for capacity analysis. (2) Intelligent Three-Stage Charging Mode: Uses constant current technology during the initial charging phase, maintaining a constant charging current to rapidly increase the battery voltage; when the charging voltage reaches the upper limit, it automatically switches to constant voltage and reduced current charging, enhancing the battery's capacity conversion efficiency, ensuring each individual battery receives balanced power, and guaranteeing the battery capacity is maximally restored. This effectively resolves the issue of individual voltage imbalance and avoids the risk of overcharging the battery. (3) Cycle Discharge/Charge Function: Set the discharge/charge hour rate and its voltage limits (high and low), and the system will automatically cycle through a discharge and charging process. (4) Battery Activation Function: Set the number of charge/discharge cycles, allowing for continuous multiple discharges and charges of the battery, activating and repairing it.
6.Automatic shutdown feature: Stops operation automatically under any of the following conditions: time limit reached, capacity limit reached, individual cell protection voltage reached, group protection voltage reached, or cycle count limit reached.
7. Protection Features: Automatically alarms and disconnects the load when internal temperature is too high, positive and negative poles are reversed, battery pack wires are disconnected, overvoltage or undervoltage occurs, or overvoltage, overcurrent, or short-circuit conditions are detected on the output.
8. Real-time Monitoring Function: Display and control all set parameters in real time (such as total battery voltage, single battery voltage, current, capacity, runtime, and internal temperature, etc.).
9. Record Query Function: The charger/discharger tester can store 8 sets of charge/discharge data, and users can query as needed.
10. Data Transfer Function: Equipped with standard USB and RS232 interfaces. After charging, data can be transferred via a USB flash drive or directly uploaded to a computer via the RS232 interface, solving the issue of large capacity data storage.
11. Data Processing Function: Charge and discharge data, after analysis and processing by the accompanying data processing software, can automatically generate various curves and charts, and supports printing.
12. Computer Remote Function: Set and modify charging/discharging parameters via computer; control the start and stop of charging/discharging with the charger/discharger tester.
13. Calibration and adjustment function for voltage and current display values: capable of calibrating and adjusting the total battery pack voltage, individual battery voltage, and current.

Data Processing Software
Directly obtain charging/discharging test meter's charge/discharge information. After processing and analysis, it can generate current curve graphs, voltage curve graphs, individual cell graphs, capacity analysis graphs, individual bar graphs, characteristic comparison graphs, and detection data, which can be exported to Excel and Word to form test reports. It also supports printing for easy archiving by users. These charts allow you to view the performance trends of battery packs, providing a scientific basis for distinguishing the quality of the entire battery pack or individual cells.
