1. Overview:
Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing our cable spool winding machine. To make your selection and use more convenient, this manual explains the purpose, working principle, structural features, and operating methods of the cable spool winding machine.
1.1 The equipment can serve as a power supply unit for ground electrical inspections of aeronautical electronic equipment at airports, as well as for repair workshops, stations, and research institutions dealing with aircraft electronics. It can also be used in production factories and companies to supply power of the corresponding capacity.
1.2 Usage Requirements:
1.2.1 Work Environment Requirements:
Temperature: -40℃ to +55℃
Relative humidity: ≯90% (no frost at 25℃).
A ventilation-equipped, storm-free, corrosion-free, and level ground site.

The type and capacity of power supply can be customized according to customer requirements (unless otherwise specified).
3. Working Principle and Components:
3.11 The cable reel winder consists of two main parts: the main circuit and the control circuit.
The main circuit outputs DC+ and DC- to the aviation socket of the cable reel winding carriage via an external power source, and then the current is converted and directed through the aviation plug DC+ and DC- to the electrical equipment.
The control circuit is powered by inputs Ai, Bi, Ci, Ni, and is delivered to the cable reel winding carriage transmission/motor via the KM1 contactor, thereby enabling the winding function of the cable reel winding carriage.
The operational part draws power from Phase C, passes through the power switch, and transmits electricity to the switching power supply and various function control units, thereby achieving the operation and control of the entire machine.
4. Structural Characteristics:
This cable drum rewind cart is a portable power unit equipped with a hydraulic forklift at the bottom. When the device needs to be moved, it can be lifted and then dragged to the desired location. Lower the hydraulic forklift to ensure the device's four legs are fully on the ground. The carbon brushes at the internal collector ring rotation are made of metal (copper and graphite) to ensure optimal electrical performance of the unit.

5. Power-on Operation:
Plug in the control cable plug, press the power switch on the door panel. At this point, the power indicator light illuminates, indicating that the device is powered on and can be operated electrically for winding and unwinding.
6. Spooling Operation:
Press the winding start button (momentary) on the door panel to wind the cable. Due to the heavy and long cable, one person needs to lift the cable slightly to assist, while another presses the start button (both actions are performed simultaneously). After winding is complete, place the industrial connector plug into the front stainless steel bin.
7. Cable Laying Operation:
Prior to unwinding, the spool must be stopped, the button pressed (indicating a red light), at which point unwinding can proceed. Two individuals should then pull the plug, pulling the wire out.
Note: During use, handle the cable plug and the work connector plug gently and carefully.
