5052 aluminum plate is an AL-Mg series alloy aluminum plate, a widely used anti-rust aluminum. This alloy boasts high strength, especially fatigue resistance; excellent plasticity and corrosion resistance. It cannot be heat-treated for strengthening, maintaining good plasticity during semi-cold working hardening, but lower plasticity during cold working hardening. It has good corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, poor machinability, and can be polished. 5052 aluminum plate is commonly used in the manufacturing of aircraft and automotive fuel tanks, oil lines, sheet metal parts for transportation vehicles and ships, instrument supports and rivets, hardware products, electrical enclosures, and more.

Surface Quality
1. The surface must be free of cracks, corrosion spots, and nitrate stains.
2. Surface defects such as peeling, blisters, surface roughness, and localized mechanical damage are permitted as long as their depth does not exceed 8% of the nominal wall thickness at the defect location, but the total depth of the defects must not exceed 0.5mm, and the total area of the defects should not exceed 5% of the total area of the sheet.
3. Allow suppliers to smooth the profile longitudinally to achieve a smooth surface.
4. Other Requirements: To be determined by the demander and supplier.
