Aluminum Strip Categories
Common aluminum strip alloys include 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 3003, 3004, 5005, 5052, 8011, etc. Common states are O and H. O indicates soft state, while H denotes hard state. Numbers following O or H can represent the degree of softness/hardness and annealing.

Aluminum Strip Applications
Aluminum strip finds numerous applications, including: aluminum-plastic composite pipes, cables, optical fibers, transformers, heaters, louver transformer aluminum strips (transformer foil), hollow aluminum strips for high-frequency welding, aluminum strips for finned radiators, cable aluminum strips, stamping aluminum strips, aluminum edging strips, and more.
Aluminum strip processing technology
Aluminum strips are deep-processed products formed by cutting aluminum coils. They are an essential raw material in the industrial sector.
Aluminum strips and sheets, like those containing different alloy elements, are also divided into eight major series. However, the commonly used series are 1000, 3000, 5000, and 8000 series at present.
Aluminum strips are categorized based on their annealing status, including fully soft (o-state), semi-hard (H24), and fully hard (h18). Currently, the most commonly used should be from the fully soft series, as the O-state is more easily stretched and bent.
The primary processing equipment for aluminum strips is the slitting unit, which can be cut to the required length and width. Of course, the slitting equipment is versatile and can also process copper coils, with the resulting product being called copper strip.
Currently, internationally, there's no longer a sole reliance on copper strips for electronic product raw materials. As aluminum's conductivity is only slightly lower than copper, the substitution of aluminum strips for copper strips is becoming a popular trend globally.
