
The Xiangtian tempered glass furnace equipment is used to produce tempered glass through either physical or chemical methods, including both physical tempering glass equipment and chemical tempering glass equipment. The main components of the tempered glass furnace equipment unit consist of the following four major parts: the fragment placement section, the convection heating section, the flat tempering section, and the fragment retrieval section, as well as high-pressure centrifugal fans, air supply pipes, air collection boxes, airways, electrical control cabinets, and operator stations.
The glass tempering furnace equipment, through a process of heating flat glass and then rapid cooling, creates compressive stress on the surface of the cooled glass and tensile stress within the glass, thereby enhancing the glass's strength and transforming it from annealed glass into tempered glass. As this tempering method does not alter the chemical composition of the glass, it is termed a physical method of glass tempering equipment.
