Ventilation Cages
Product Introduction:
Generally, we recommend an interval of for the ventilation cages in grain silos.2Rice-5Between rice paddies/Strips, but this is not a hard and fast rule; the specific situation should be determined based on the moisture content of your stored grain for a more reasonable approach.
Ventilation cages for grain storage silosUCharacter style. Ends rolled outward20mmThick cold-rolled steel plate is used. Each meter of duct is secured with three and two reinforcing bars, respectively. The ventilation cage is primarily made of sheet material: cold rolled, thickness: ≥1.5mm Air Distribution Box Panel Thickness:3mm Bend Radius:1.5D
Air Duct Aperture Ratio:≥35Ventilated cages- Material. The air separator is made ofGB700-88#Carbon structural heat plate manufacturing, steel thickness3mmInternally reinforced with ribs; internally treated with hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion resistance. Duct components utilizeGB716--91#Cold rolled steel manufacturing. The overhead ventilation channel is an essential infrastructure for the ground-level ventilation system of grain silos, suitable for both room-type silos with underground pits and open-air bulk grain stacks. This channel is applicable not only for new silo construction but also for the renovation of existing warehouses, without damaging the ground surface to save on construction investment and time.
The ventilation tunnels in the aeration cages offer good uniformity in overall ventilation, high strength, and can withstand the pressure from the movement of grain and laborers. They have strong interchangeability. The seams of the assembled ducts are tight, the connections are firm, and the overall structure is good, with resistance to compression, no grain leakage, and easy installation and disassembly, making storage convenient and having a long service life. The fully-steel modular ground ventilation ducts are made by stamping steel plates.
Properly laid-out ventilation cages in grain silos ensure optimal ventilation and maintain the quality of grain stored within.
