Stainless steel chimneys are primarily used in exhaust systems for boilers, hot water heaters, diesel generator sets, incinerators, industrial flame systems, and direct combustion air conditioning units, among other equipment. They are a new type of product suitable for built-in (wall-mounted) installation in high-rise buildings in our country. They are favored for their lightweight, corrosion resistance, excellent thermal insulation, long service life, attractive appearance, and easy handling, making them widely applicable.
The product features a modular assembly structure, capable of being customized into various orientations and specifications according to design and construction requirements. The inner and outer chimneys and the insulation material filling are all pre-assembled in the workshop. All components are prefabricated in the workshop, transported to the construction site for assembly, and connected via TDF flanges. Advanced connection technology makes installation quick and easy without the need for welding, reducing construction difficulties and improving efficiency. The material is carefully selected high-quality stainless steel, capable of withstanding a pressure of 0.15 Mpa and temperatures above 800℃, with a service life of 30-50 years or more.
