Product Structure
Comprised of straight pipes, tees, elbows, connecting clamps, and assembly brackets, etc., the system is customizable with lightning protection devices, rain caps, rain skirts, bellows compensators, drain devices, explosion-proof equipment, regulating valves, and mufflers, as per system requirements. Typically, a bellows compensator is installed every 20-25 meters to absorb the concentrated thermal expansion and contraction stress of the flue.
Product Material
The choice of material for the flue interior is determined by the exhaust environment. For flue gases from fuel and gas boilers, kitchen油烟 gases, etc., with temperatures below 300°C and low corrosivity, SUS304 stainless steel plate is commonly used. For high-temperature flue gases or gases with high corrosivity from diesel generator sets, SUS316 stainless steel plate should be selected. The exterior of the flue can be made of SUS304 stainless steel plate or galvanized steel plate, while the exterior of an outdoor flue should be made of SUS304 stainless steel plate.
Insulation material is selected with alumina silicate filling combined with high-temperature-resistant foam material. At the installation site, the connection points use alumina silicate fiber mat material. The thickness of the insulation layer is typically chosen based on the temperature of the different exhaust mediums, opting for 50mm, 75mm, or 100mm thickness insulation materials.
