Double-layer Insulated Stainless Steel Chimney
Stainless steel double-insulated flue pipes are mainly used for the exhaust and discharge of smoke, gas, waste gas, and fine dust. They are widely applicable in various fields, with typical applications including: exhaust of refrigerant gas from central air conditioning system chillers; exhaust of boiler gas; discharge of grease and smoke from restaurant kitchens; and emissions from waste treatment equipment in various industrial processes.
This product boasts lightweight, corrosion-resistant, long-lasting performance, excellent thermal insulation, an aesthetically pleasing and dignified appearance, and easy handling during loading and unloading. It is an ideal substitute for traditional cement chimneys and metal flues, and pairs particularly well with modern urban buildings such as hotels and office buildings.
This product features a modular assembly structure, allowing flexible combination into pipelines and chimneys of any direction. Each component consists of an inner and an outer tube, forming a ring-shaped space between them. This space can be filled with insulating material (alumina silicate fiber wool) for thermal insulation, with a thickness of 25mm. One variant utilizes its air cavity for applications with lower thermal insulation requirements. The inner layer of the chimney is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel with a wall thickness of 0.8-1.2mm. It can handle medium temperatures up to 760°C and withstand a pressure of 0.15MPa.
