Stainless steel chimneys are primarily used in exhaust systems for boilers, cold water heaters, diesel generator sets, incinerators, industrial process systems, and direct combustion air conditioning units. They are a new type of product suitable for built-in (wall-mounted) installation in high-rise buildings in our country. They offer advantages such as light weight, corrosion resistance, excellent heat insulation, long service life, attractive appearance, and easy handling, making them widely applicable.
The product features a modular assembly structure, allowing for customization in any direction and specification to meet design and construction requirements. The inner and outer chimneys and the insulation material are all assembled in the workshop. All components are pre-fabricated in the workshop, transported to the construction site for assembly, and connected using TDF flanges. The advanced connection technology makes installation quick and easy without the need for welding, reducing construction complexity and improving efficiency. The material is selected from various grades of stainless steel, capable of withstanding a pressure of 0.15 Mpa and temperatures above 800°C, with a service life of 30-50 years or more.
The product is primarily used forBoiler, cold water heater, diesel generator sets, incinerators, air conditioning direct combustion units, and exhaust systems for smoke and gas emissions from these equipment; smoke exhaust from kitchen equipment; conveyance of cold and hot gases in industrial production processes. Suitable for medium temperatures ranging from -15℃ to 800℃. Suitable working pressure: 0.15 MPa.
