Stainless steel chimneys are primarily used in exhaust systems for boilers, cold water heaters, diesel generator sets, incinerators, industrial plasma systems, and air conditioning direct combustion units. They are a new type of product suitable for internal (wall-mounted) installation in high-rise buildings in our country. They offer numerous advantages such as lightweight, corrosion resistance, excellent heat insulation, long service life, attractive appearance, and easy handling, making them widely applicable.
The product features a modular assembly structure, which can be customized to any direction and specification according to design and construction requirements. The combination of the inner and outer chimneys and the filling of insulation materials are all completed in the workshop. All components are prefabricated in the workshop, transported to the construction site for assembly, and connected via TDF flanges. The advanced connection technology makes the installation quick and easy without the need for welding, reducing construction difficulties and improving installation efficiency. The material is selected from various grades of stainless steel, capable of withstanding a pressure of 0.15Mpa and temperatures above 800℃, with a service life of 30-50 years or more.
