Stainless steel chimneys are primarily used in exhaust systems for boilers, tankless water heaters, diesel generator sets, incinerators, industrial plasma systems, and direct combustion air conditioning units. They are a new type of product suitable for built-in (wall-mounted) installation in high-rise buildings in our country. They are widely used due to their advantages such as light weight, corrosion resistance, excellent heat insulation performance, long service life, attractive appearance, and simple handling.
The product features a modular assembly structure, allowing for customization to any direction and specification according to design and construction requirements. The combination of the inner and outer chimneys, as well as the filling of insulating materials, are all completed in the workshop. All components are pre-fabricated in the workshop, shipped to the construction site for assembly, and connected via TDF flanges. Advanced connection technology makes installation quick and easy without the need for welding, reducing construction complexity and improving efficiency. The materials are selected from various grades of stainless steel, capable of withstanding a pressure of 0.15 Mpa and temperatures above 800°C, with a service life of 30-50 years or more.
The product is primarily used forBoiler, cold water heater, diesel generator sets, incinerators, air conditioning direct combustion units, and their exhaust systems; smoke emissions from kitchen equipment; conveying of cold and hot gases in industrial production processes. Suitable for medium temperatures ranging from -15℃ to 800℃. Suitable working pressure: 0.15 MPa.
