Stainless steel chimneys are primarily used in exhaust systems for boilers, hot water heaters, diesel generator sets, incinerators, industrial plasma systems, and air conditioning direct combustion units. They are a new type of product suitable for built-in (wall-mounted) installation in high-rise buildings in our country. They are favored for their lightweight, corrosion resistance, excellent heat insulation properties, long service life, attractive appearance, and simple handling, making them widely applicable.
The product features a modular assembly structure, capable of being customized into any direction and specification according to design and construction requirements. The inner and outer chimneys and the insulation material filling are all pre-assembled in the workshop. All components are prefabricated in the workshop, transported to the construction site for assembly, and connected using TDF flanges. The advanced connection technology makes installation quick and easy without the need for welding, reducing construction difficulty and improving efficiency. The materials are selected from various grades of stainless steel, capable of withstanding a pressure of 0.15 Mpa and temperatures above 800°C, with a service life of 30-50 years or more.
The product is mainly used forBoiler, cold water heater, diesel generator sets, incinerators, air conditioning direct combustion units, and exhaust systems for smoke and gas emissions from these equipment; smoke emissions from kitchen equipment; conveyance of cold and hot gases in industrial production processes. Suitable for medium temperatures ranging from -15℃ to 800℃. Suitable working pressure: 0.15 MPa.
