Stainless steel chimneys are primarily used in exhaust systems for boilers, cold water heaters, diesel generator sets, incinerators, industrial plasma systems, and air conditioning direct combustion units, among other equipment. They are a new type of product suitable for built-in (wall-mounted) installation in high-rise buildings in our country. They offer advantages such as light weight, corrosion resistance, excellent heat insulation, long service life, attractive appearance, and simple handling, making them widely applicable.
The product features a modular assembly structure, allowing for customization to any layout and specification according to design and construction requirements. The combination of the inner and outer chimneys, as well as the insulation material filling, are all completed in the workshop. All components are pre-fabricated in the workshop, transported to the construction site for assembly, and connected via TDF flanges. The advanced connection technology makes installation quick and easy without the need for welding, reducing construction difficulty and improving efficiency. The material is selected from various grades of stainless steel, capable of withstanding a pressure of 0.15 Mpa and temperatures above 800°C, with a service life of 30-50 years or more.
The product is mainly applied inBoiler, cold water heater, diesel generator sets, incinerators, air conditioning direct combustion units, and exhaust systems for other equipment; smoke emissions from kitchen equipment; conveyance of cold and hot gases in industrial production processes. Suitable for medium temperatures ranging from -15℃ to 800℃. Operating pressure suitable up to 0.15 MPa.
