What to note when conducting a double-speed winch load test operation?

1. The test vehicle load should be increased sequentially, and attention should be paid to the traction force of the wire rope.

2. During load testing, the oil temperature inside the reducer shall not exceed 80°C, and the temperature increase shall not exceed 60°C.

3. The manual brake lever provides a responsive and reliable braking action.

4. After each load test, inspect the wire rope and all parts of the machine for no residual deformation, and they should comply with the provisions of Clause -3 during the trial operation.

5. After completion of the load test, it is mandatory to replace the lubricating oil in the reducer.
