The KJF-06 series manual operation mechanism is a matching equipment for the operation of load switches in the充气式高压环网柜, including closing and opening operations. This series utilizes flat helical spring energy storage to control the closing and opening actions of the load switches, and compressed spring energy storage to control the closing and opening actions of the grounding switches. It features three operating positions: closing, opening, and grounding, and comes with a five-protection interlock function.
This series of products is factory-shipped after full inspection and meets the requirements of GB 3804-2017 "AC High-Voltage Load Break Switches 3.6kV-40.5kV," GB 3906-2020 ("AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment 3.6kV-40.5kV," and "High-Voltage AC Load Break Switches, Fuses, and Combined Switchgear"), as well as GB/T 11022-2020 "Common Technical Requirements for Standards of High-Voltage AC Equipment and Control Equipment."
User Operation Instructions
Closing operation:
After checking and confirming the product is normal without deformation, install and secure the mechanism and load switch by aligning them with the three-position movement on the pressure box of the outgoing line cabinet. Insert the hexagonal handle into the hexagonal shaft at the top, rotate it clockwise approximately 90 degrees to store energy and automatically close the circuit, then remove the handle. This closing operation can only be performed when the grounding is in the disconnection state, and must be done according to the instructions. Otherwise, a plastic indicator must be properly installed before operation, and the handle should not be forcibly inserted. When the load switch is in the closed state, the grounding operation hole will be sealed by the closure indicator, at which point the user must not forcibly operate grounding against the indicator, as this will violate the five-protection operation requirements.
Circuit Breaker Operation:
After the mechanism is closed, to open the circuit, simply press the red button to separate the main circuit of the load switch. This operation can only be performed after the mechanism is closed; otherwise, the closure of the mechanism is unsuccessful. After separating the circuit, operations such as closing the main switch or grounding can be carried out. This operation must not be performed by forcibly inserting the handle against the instructions on the signboard.
Grounding operation:
When the main switch is in the divided position, insert the handle into the hexagonal pivot at the bottom and rotate clockwise approximately 90 degrees to close the grounding circuit, and rotate counterclockwise approximately 90 degrees to open the grounding circuit. When the grounding is in the closed position, the load switch operating hole will be sealed by the switch position indicator. At this time, the user must not force the operation of the load switch against the indicator sign, otherwise it will violate the five prevention operation requirements.
