The KJG-06 series isolation operating mechanism is suitable for the matching equipment for the operation of disconnectors and earthing switches in the inflated high-voltage ring main unit. This series utilizes flat helical spring energy storage to control the closing and opening actions of the disconnectors, and compressed spring energy storage to control the closing and opening actions of the earthing switches. It features three operating positions: closing, opening, and grounding, and comes with a five-protection interlock function.
This series of products is factory-shipped after full inspection and meets the requirements of GB 3804-2017 "AC High-Voltage Load Break Switches for 3.6kV-40.5kV", GB 3906-2020 (AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment for 3.6kV-40.5kV)", "High-Voltage AC Load Break Switch-Fuse Combination Appliances", and GB/T 11022-2020 "Common Technical Requirements for Standards of AC High-Voltage Equipment and Control Equipment".
User Instructions
Closing operation:
After inspecting and confirming the product is normal without deformation, install the mechanism and isolating switch by aligning them through the three-position movement on the pressure box of the circuit breaker's V cabinet. Insert the hexagonal handle into the hexagonal shaft on the upper part of the mechanism, rotate it clockwise by approximately 90 degrees to immediately close the isolating switch. This closing action can only be operated in the grounded division state. When the isolating switch is in the closed position, the grounding operation hole will be sealed by the open/close indicator sign. Users must not forcibly operate grounding against the sign's indication; otherwise, it will violate the five-prevention operation requirements.
Operation of isolating switch
To separate the switch, insert the six-sided handle into the six-sided shaft on the upper part of the mechanism, then rotate it counterclockwise by about 90 degrees to immediately separate the isolating switch. This separation action can only be performed when the isolating mechanism is closed and the circuit breaker is open. When the isolating mechanism is open, you can operate to close the isolating switch or perform a grounding operation.
Grounding operation:
When the isolator is in the separated position, insert the six-sided handle into the six-sided pivot on the lower part of the mechanism, rotate it clockwise approximately 90 degrees to close the grounding circuit, and rotate it counterclockwise approximately 90 degrees to open the grounding circuit. When the grounding is in the closed position, the operating hole of the isolator will be sealed by the interlock indicator, and users must not force the operation of the isolator against the indicator's sign. Otherwise, it will violate the five-prevention operation requirements.
