Air stability and weather resistance
Magnesium sulfate board is an air-hardening cementitious material that can only continue to set and harden in the air, which makes it highly air-stable. Once cured, magnesium sulfate sandwich panels become more stable in drier environments. Tests show that magnesium sulfate color steel panels and fire-resistant board products maintain their compressive and bending strength as they age in dry air, with stability increasing up to the two-year mark.
Lightweight low density
Magnesium sulfate board typically has a density only 70% of that of ordinary silicate cement products, with a product density usually ranging from 1600 to 1800 kg/m3, compared to cement products which generally have a density of 2400 to 2500 kg/m3. Thus, it exhibits a very distinct low-density characteristic.

Waterproof and moisture-proof features are prominent in sulfur-oxygen magnesium core sandwich panels, with a water absorption rate of <=0.8%. After absorbing water, the sulfur-oxygen magnesium core boards maintain a certain level of permeability, do not undergo random deformation, and do not produce chemical reactions, demonstrating strong stability.
Acoustic Performance; The magnesium sulfate core material itself has certain elasticity and is an airtight solid material, thus offering excellent soundproofing effects.
