Winter upgrade for magnesium sulfate modifier
Magnesium sulfate products are particularly susceptible to cold, as their initial reaction rate is slow, resulting in lower temperatures. Moreover, the reaction requires a higher temperature. Therefore, magnesium sulfate colored steel panels must be kept in a sealed, insulated room to create a warm reaction environment. During extremely cold weather, heating is necessary to ensure that the products can be demolded normally within two days, with the temperature in the insulated room needing to be maintained at 35°C.
So, during winter, the modifier for magnesium sulfate products must not be the same as in summer. Summer temperatures are higher, leading to faster reactions, which require slowing down the reaction rate. The magnesium sulfate modifier for winter must undergo a ratio adjustment, and the magnesium sulfate core board is needed to accelerate the reaction speed of magnesium sulfate products.
