






Electric telescopic gates are mainly composed of the gate body, driver, and control system. The gate body is made of aluminum alloy and common square tube materials, connected by a parallelogram principle for flexible expansion and contraction with a large travel range. The driver of the electric telescopic gate is powered by a special motor, equipped with worm and worm gear reduction, and includes a manual clutch for manual opening and closing during power outages. The control system features a control panel, button switches, and can also be equipped with a wireless remote control device as per customer requirements.
The electric telescopic gate utilizes a special turbine screw motor, which boasts high stability, large output torque, low noise, and moderate speed due to its unique transmission principle.
Electric telescopic gates consist of three main parts: the telescopic gate body, the motor head, and the controller.
1.伸缩 Door Body: The door body is composed of major components such as the door frame, cross bracing, shaft (fixed shaft, sliding shaft), and door wheels. The door body is an all-metal structure, which is further divided into stainless steel door bodies, aluminum alloy door bodies, and die-cast aluminum door bodies according to material.
2. Motor Head: Comprising the drive unit and electrical components, it is mounted at one end of the door frame, facilitating the telescopic movement of the door, and is used in conjunction with the door body.
Drives are available in standard and robotic types.
3. Controller: Comprising of a control box, a desktop controller, and a handle remote controller.
1) Control Box: Mounted inside the machine head, it receives commands from the controller to control the door operation.
2) Desk-top Controller: Primarily used by on-duty staff within the duty room.
3) Handle Remote Control: Primarily for vehicle use, it can operate the gate's open and close functions within a range of 10-30 meters around the machine head (depending on the local radio communication environment).
