I. Overview

The RHS-MDZ mobile lubrication pump unit is designed for single-machine applications with low lubrication frequency, few lubrication points, high oil supply volume, and where centralized lubrication is not convenient. It facilitates mobile oil supply and lubrication, consisting of rubber hoses, oil guns, cables, and an oil pump unit.

Section 2: Instructions for Use

The pump should be installed in an environment with suitable temperatures, minimal dust, and easy access for adjustment, inspection, maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.

Before use, add 50# mechanical oil to the reducer until it reaches the oil level indicator.

3. The pressure regulator can be adjusted within the range of 0-40MPa, and it is not allowed to exceed the pump's nominal pressure (40MPa) during operation.

4. If the system pressure reaches approximately 50MPa due to a fault, the safety plate will burst. The cause must be identified and the fault resolved before a new safety plate can be installed.

5. Refilling the oil reservoir must be done using an electric oil pump through the filling port.
